FRACTIONAL FARMS

A non-traditional ownership and distribution model. Provides hyper-local "clean" sustainable farm products

"If people let the government decide what foods they eat and what medicines they take, their bodies will soon be in as sorry a state as are the souls of those who live under tyranny,"

The Concept

Do you have concerns about the vulnerability of the food supply chain and the quality and safety of the produce you're consuming? If you do, then consider Fractional Farms "own-grown", a unique ownership and distribution system that gives you comfort and security in providing the cleanest, most sustainable, hyper-local, non-GMO, organic produce available, year round.

Own an equity interest in a shipping container farm with other urban farmers and enjoy a cornucopia of healthy and nutritious micro and leafy greens, herbs, mushrooms, medicinal plants, or hundreds of other possible crops that are available. We don't use any herbicides, pesticides, or fungicides, and almost 95% less water is used than in conventional agriculture. The carbon footprint is reduced by eliminating the need for transportation hundreds or even thousands of miles away.

Fractional Farms is organizing and maintaining a national database of individuals with common growing goals and objectives into groups according to geographical proximity to "Agrahoods" or other suitable placement locations and desired service areas. When a critical mass of interested parties within a given location is achieved, a video conference consultation will be scheduled to identify the budget, needs, expectations, and feasibility of each specific project. Fractional Farms structures each group as a separate LLC and provides turn-key service for everything required for successful ongoing operation and management of each farm.

Join us in being a co-owner in the first Fractional Farm in America located in Charlotte, North Carolina. We are now seeking the first group of urban farmers to illustrate proof of concept and to demonstrate that we are not dependent on traditional supply chains or willing to accept contaminants in our food and soil. Take more control of your life back and don't be left hungry when circumstances beyond your control affect what's available in stores. Know what you eat and where it came from and what's in the soil your food is grown in.

If you are interested in having your "own grown" Fractional Farm either in Charlotte or anywhere else in the continental United States, please email or call Steve Kramer at (509) 818-6254 or info@fractionalfarms.club
